High Protein Banana Overnight Oats

½ banana
½ cup old fashioned oats
1 medjool date
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup organic whole milk
¼ cup blueberries

High Protein Banana Overnight Oats

These high fiber and high protein banana overnight oats take less than 5 minutes to prep and can be made days in advance. All you have to do in the morning is eat!

With over TWENTY grams of protein these overnight oats a great post workout breakfast treat. Prep a few of these Sunday night to have your healthy morning meals ready for the week!

Ingredients

½ banana
½ cup old fashioned oats
1 medjool date
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup organic whole milk
¼ cup blueberries

Directions

  1. In mason jar or other food storage container, mash a banana with the back of a fork.
  2. Remove the pit from date and chop finely.
  3. Add oats, chopped date, chia seeds, almond butter, cinnamon and milk to mashed banana. Cover with lid and shake.
  4. Let rest in fridge overnight.
  5. Serve cold or warm in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway. Top with blueberries and enjoy!
